David Lin


David applies Active Release Techniques to release tightness and knots in clients' muscles and joints. He works with clients to build up their muscle strength and joint stability to keep them healthy, pain-free, and ready to resume daily physical activities and sports.

David is deeply passionate about health and wellness, and he has been strength training for over 20 years. He has played and competed in a wide range of sports including canoeing, badminton, basketball, football, golf, and bowling.
