An ex-banker and ex-underwriter, Albert’s journey to the world of Fitness & Health was driven by his enduring passion to help individual to lead healthier and active lives
As a HIIT and Bootcamp Fitness Trainer in the last 2 years, Albert believes in the transformative power of High-Intensity-Interval-Training (HIIT), having witnessed firsthand how it can reshape bodies and lives.
One of Albert’s core beliefs is the importance of functional core workouts – incorporating core exercise into every fitness routine helps client develop a strong and resilient core, which is the foundation of physical strength, mobility and agility in daily living, thus minimizing injury.
Albert is also deeply committed to aiding those recovering from injuries, assisting them in their journey back to optimal heath and performance. Ziklag Fitness provides the opportunity to do just that. Additionally, Albert also works with seniors, supporting them in maintaining their health, mobility & strength to minimize fall risk as they embrace active ageing.
