ALDRIN HO (FOUNDER)

Aldrin Ho is an International Sports Therapist, certified ART® Instructor, and the Founder of Ziklag, As Asia's only ART® Level 2 Practitioner, he has dedicated his career to helping people overcome pain, recover from injuries and move with greater confidence.

Over the past decade, Aldrin has worked with everyone from office workers and active individuals to competitive athletes, treating a wide range of conditions including chronic pain, sports injuries and movement restrictions. His approach focuses on finding and treating the root cause of the problem, not just where the pain is felt.

Beyond clinical practice, Aldrin is also an official ART® Instructor, teaching and certifying healthcare professionals through ART® seminars across Asia. He is passionate about raising the standard of care by sharing his knowledge and experience with practitioners from around the region.

Whether he's treating patients, teaching a seminar, or speaking to the public, Aldrin's goal is the same; to help people move better, recover faster, and get back to doing what they love.

Each session includes assessment, targeted treatment, and movement testing, often allowing clients to feel changes within the same session.
