ALDRIN HO (FOUNDER)

Aldrin Ho is an International Sports Therapist and the founder of Ziklag, specialising in Active Release Techniques (ART) for pain relief, injury recovery, and movement restoration.

With over a decade of experience, Aldrin works with individuals dealing with chronic pain, recurring injuries, and movement limitations, especially those who have not found lasting results through other treatments.

As an ART Level 2 practitioner, he is trained to assess and manage complex soft tissue and nerve-related conditions with precision. His sessions are outcome-based, focusing on identifying the root cause of pain, rather than only treating symptoms.

Each session includes assessment, targeted treatment, and movement testing, often allowing clients to feel changes within the same session.
