DR. SHEK MEI POH (TCM)

HOW TCM SUPPORTS YOUR RECOVERY
At Ziklag, TCM works alongside our manual therapy and rehabilitation services to support a more complete recovery process.
Dr Shek’s treatments, including acupuncture, may help support the body’s natural anti-inflammatory response,
reduce tension, and improve circulation. This can complement hands-on treatment by helping clients recover more
efficiently and maintain the progress achieved during their sessions.
For clients experiencing ongoing discomfort, inflammation, or slower recovery,
TCM can be a useful addition to their overall treatment plan.

🌱 “My goal is to empower people to live well by restoring balance and movement through natural, holistic care.”
