Dr Shek Mei Poh

Dr Shek Mei Poh is a registered TCM Physician (MOH) and Occupational Therapist (AHPC) with over 20 years of experience in Singapore’s healthcare system. She bridges the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine with the practical science of Occupational Therapy, offering an integrative, person-centred approach to health and healing.

Dr Shek holds formal training in:

• Traditional Chinese Medicine (Singapore & Guangzhou)

• Occupational Therapy (University of Sydney & Nanyang Polytechnic)

• Applied Positive Psychology (The School of Positive Psychology)

 

Her clinical experience spans institutions like SGH, IMH, Bright Vision Hospital, Assisi Hospice, and Singapore Chung Hwa Medical Institution. She’s known for using minimal-needle acupuncture techniques, paired with fascia release, emotional support, and tailored lifestyle advice to help clients achieve tangible, lasting improvements.

She believes in treating the whole person — addressing physical discomfort, emotional blocks, and daily habits — to support a full return to function and vitality.
