Metabolic Conditioning Classes

Metcon classes are geared towards fat loss, muscular endurance, general fitness and conditioning and injury prevention. The exercises will be tapered and scaled to the individual fitness levels to accommodate everyone aged 12 and older.

Objectives include the following fitness elements;
• Fat loss
• Muscular Endurance
• General Fitness and Conditioning
• Injury prevention


Timings

Monday: 6:30 – 7:30 pm – Ladies only Metcon class

Tuesday: 6:30 – 7:30 pm or 7:30 – 8:30 pm – Mixed group Metcon class

Tuesday: 6:30 – 7:30 pm or 7:30 – 8:30 pm – Mixed group Metcon class

Saturday: 10:00 – 11:00 am – Mixed group Metcon class

No classes on public holidays.

Classes are limited to a maximum of 5 participants per class.

• First trial $40
• Subsequent sessions $50/class
• Sign up for a package of 10 classes after the first trial for $400
