Bootcamps are an effective and affordable fitness class for the general population based on evidence-based training methods. The exercises and structure of the fitness programme are geared towards fat loss, muscular endurance, general fitness and conditioning and injury prevention.
Objectives include the following fitness elements;
• Fat loss
• Muscular Endurance
• General Fitness and Conditioning
• Injury prevention
There are varying types of bootcamps:
1) Stretching and core class
Everyone needs to stretch and build core strength as well as correct asymmetries. This is good for clients who are recovering from chronic injuries or suffering from muscular tightness in general.
2) Ziklag Fitness – Fat Loss Fitness Bootcamp Community
A metabolic based workout to burn those calories. The exercises will be tapered and scaled to the individual fitness levels to accommodate everyone aged 12 and older.
Monday: 7:30 pm – 8:30 pm
Tuesday: 7:00 am – 8:00 am
Wednesday: 7:30 – 8:30 pm
Thursday: 7:00 am – 8:00 am
Sunday: 10:00 am – 11:00 am (excluding public holidays)
Venue – meet at Ziklag Fitness, 74 Jalan Senang, Singapore 418386. Bootcamps will be conducted nearby.
After the bootcamp, you are welcome to use the facility at Ziklag Fitness and chat with our friendly trainers over a drink.
Cost – Unlimited participation at Bootcamp sessions at SGD 200 a month. To be paid on the first session.
